Preparing for State Assessments with DBQs (History Tech #31)

btb-logoWe may not know exactly what the Muti-Disciplinary Performance Tasks will look like in 2016, but we do know that this latest iteration of state assessments will ask students to make sense of information that is provided to them.  They will be asked to solve problems, analyze information, and draw conclusions from the evidence that is presented.  That sounds a lot like Document Based Questions (DBQ).  Join Glenn as he shares information about the upcoming changes to Kansas State Assessments and resources to DBQs that will prepare students for these changes and improve classroom instruction.
