Some people still forward e-mails and share posts on social media without verifying the accuracy of the information they contain. Fortunately, more and more people will at least check out Snopes to verify something before they accept it as fact. Unfortunately, children don’t have their own personal Snopes to access so they don’t question the things they are told by their parents.
